Every industry needs a program for systematic monitoring and evaluation to ensure standards of quality are being met, and our industry is no exception. At Shanley Industrial Engineering Ltd. we have developed and implemented a Quality Management System (QMS) in order to document the company’s best business practices, better satisfy the requirements and expectations of our clients and to improve the overall management of the company. Our QMS meets the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001: 2008.
Our QMS exists as part of a larger, overall management system which has established, documented and implemented our quality policy and related processes for providing services. These will meet or exceed client requirements, while satisfying the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 standard.
We employ a document control software application (Intelex) which acts as a web-based central repository for all documentation and critical data. This software automates key document processes such as revision tracking, access control, search and retrieval which allows us to maintain a centralised efficient control system.
All our work is subject to extensive quality assurance and testing procedures to meet our own exacting standards, and our client’s specific needs. Our practice of open and honest relationships with our clients has allowed us to forge long and lasting relationships with them over the years.
